Cutting trees bushes in a road ditch
What happened
Maintenance crew was cutting wood in a road ditch and a tree bounced off the ground and rebounded towards [REDACTED] on the opposite side where the tree would fall. He was wearing a Hard Hat at the time of the incident the tree knocked the hard hat off of his head and proceeded to hit him in the head. He felt dizzy after being hit so a supervisor drove him to the [REDACTED] so that he didn’t have to drive after being hit in the head. Returned to work without restrictions doctor cautioned to be mindful of symptoms.
