What happened
Worker was finishing making brick cuts shut the saw off and was putting the saw down. As he put it down he took one hand off the saw and because it was still spinning the motion caused it swing toward his knee. The saw hit his knee 2 times. The second hit was the deeper cut. He did not keep full control of the saw while putting it down.
