Running rebar through the machine to be bended for an order

The coil of rebar that feeds the barwieser got tangled into the machine. Most times employees can just back coil out then back into to correct the issue but at times they need to cut the bar to reset it this was one of those times when the employee went to cut the bar the bar jerked back striking his finger and cutting it.
