The employee was jackhammering the concrete encasing surrounding our sewer pipe to get the concrete off the sides of the pipe to create space to put on a coupling.
What happened
Once he got thru the concrete he heard a loud explosion and hit the wall of the trench. The jack hammer hit the electric line.
