AS HE TURNED TOWARDS THE SEMI TRAILER TO GRAB ANOTHER BALE HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF THE BED OF THE PICKUP TRUCK AND HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL TOWARDS THE SEMI TRAILER.

WHEN HE FELL HE HIT HIS CHEST AREA ON THE END OF THE SEMI TRAILER. THIS RESULTED IN A TEMPORARY LOSS OF BREATH AND DISCOMPFOR TO THIS CHEST RIBS STERNUM AND SOFT TISSUE.
