What happened
Employee was picking in the pick isles and noticed that both hands were feeling heavy and began to swell. As the employee continued to pick her hands began to rash. She informed me that she was having an allergic reaction. We advised her to speak with HR go home or clinic. The employee refused until speaking with HR who authorized for her to go to a clinic.
