Employee was assisting another employee unstacking [REDACTED] overhang brackets from steel manufacturers carrier. When lifting her end of the bracket her hand got in between the bracket and the bottom portion of the carrier she lost her grip and the other employee lifted the other end causing the bracket to pinch her middle finger.
