WHILE EMPLOYEE WAS UNLOADING A TRUCK HIS FORKLIFT 'S E-BRAKE FAILED. THE FORKLIFT STARTED ROLLING BACKWARDS CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE TO JUMP OFF THE LOADING RAMP TO AVOID BEING HIT. THE EMPLOYEE STRUCK HIS RIGHT KNEE ON THE RAMP AS HE JUMPED TO THE GROUND.
