Employee was traveling northbound on [REDACTED] after completing an investigation at the University of Maryland University Hospital.

Employee was in lane north [REDACTED] which was the farthest right lane from the left. There were two additional vehicles occupying northbound lanes [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. The vehicle that was behind the vehicle on north [REDACTED] abruptly entered my lane to pass the vehicle in front oi him. Employee used their horn to alert the driver that he was forcing himself into their lane. Employee slammed on their brakes to avoid colliding with that vehicle. Employee’s vehicle veered to the right sliding into the concrete barrier on the right and then catapulted me left through lanes 2[REDACTED] and [REDACTED] striking the concrete barrier in the left and finally back to lanes [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] where employee 's vehicle came to a stop.
