Employee got her left arm caught in the [REDACTED] basket drop while clearing a basket jam.
What happened
Employee got her left arm caught in the Robot basket drop. Employee was instructed to turn off the air to clear jam on basket drop down belt. Once the air was turned off employee cleared jam and pushed basket. Jam was cleared Employee turned air back on to raise the drop-down conveyor. Employee wanted to push the basket down further and then turned the air off while she stuck her hand back in causing the machine to catch her arm. Employee was warned by trainer 2x previously not to do this.
