Around [REDACTED] a Production team member (Crew person) was working the bagger Snouts of [REDACTED]. While in her work area her phone fell out into the [REDACTED] Bag Takeaway Conveyor. The employee reached in the Conveyor through a small gap between the [REDACTED] Bag Takeaway Conveyor and the frame to retrieve their phone and got their arm caught in the Conveyor resulting in the crushing and breaking of their Forearm
