The employee left the production floor looking for someone to ask if there was any medication for chest pain on site. She then stated that her chest was hurting and that it was hard to breathe and requested for the production supervisor to call the ambulance to take her to the hospital.

Employee stated that her chest felt very tight and it was hard for her to breathe

Upon return to work on 6 1 2023 documentation from the hospital concluded that the chest pains were non cardiac related and that the employee had been suffering from a panic attack. The employee also informed HR that a traumatic life event in their personal life had taken place the day before the incident.
