As TM was walking towards some light fixture parts to pick them up off the floor.
What happened
TM tripped on some ship loose material that was previously placed in the house he working on. TM fell out of the house landing on his head right shoulder as he fell he tried to stop his fall by sticking out his left hand but TM failed in his attempt and ended up falling out the house.
