EE was in the kitchen with two members. Ms. [REDACTED] was at the stove making eggs.
What happened
EE was facing the stove and member turned around with a sharp knife in her hand and started flashing the knife at EE. Member then pushed EE and EE fell backward and landed on the dishwasher which had the door open and bottom rack out. EE hit her head on the floor and her whole backside hit the dishwasher.
