Moving cut aluminum tubes from the saw to a material cart

An Employee was moving material (cut pieces) from his saw to a cart when he tripped on an air hose laying on the floor. The employee fell forward and landed on his knees and hands. Another employee working close by rush to help him but he was already back on his feet. At that moment he claimed that he didn 't sustain any injuries and wasn 't feeling any pain. While the incident report was being written he came and reported that his finger was hurting and needed to be examined
