EE was on a picker heading for the aisles when he was momentarily distracted by someone calling him back to the office. The picker struck a pole and as a result EE was launched forward striking his face against the metal grid of the picker. He incurred a laceration puncture to his bottom lip had headache like pain in his head and behind his eyes and a painful throbbing sensation in his mouth gums teeth.
