Changing the bar on a milling machine

Employee was doing a change over and setup. Employee loosened a cap screw on a bar on the milling machine. Employee used an allen wrench and found it was slipping due to the screw being tight and his gloves being greasy. The employee removed his glove trying to get a better grip. When he exerted force to loosen the screw the tool and his hand slipped off the screw. The employee 's hand hit a clamp on the machine causing a laceration below his thumb.
