What happened
Employee was out in the paint shop when some severe wind and rain hit suddenly employee ran back to the main shop through an open bay door. When coming into the main shop he had his head down to dodge the rain and did not see a low hanging crane block he ran directly into it cutting his left temple. Low hanging crane block is on one of the cranes that have been unable to be moved due to lack of power connections.
