What happened
TM was shoveling potatoes off the floor at the halo reject bin when she felt a sharp pain in her elbow. At the same time she was feeling the pain she walked over to the welliver sizer and started shoveling underneath. The belt overloaded because of water pressure got to high and potatoes spilt over on her causing additional pain.
