What happened
Crew member fell from the laybarge to the deck of the tug. Crewmember was transiting from the lay barge to the deck of the tug. He sat down and dangled his feet as close to the bulwarks as possible and then slid down to attempt to land on the bulwarks. He miscalculated the distance and landed on the fendering between the tug and lay barge injuring his right ankle and bruising his right shin.
