Employee was driving hilo picked up doc plate up positioned it on dock it was offline so he got off the hilo and it was off a couple of inches so he grabbed under the dock plate to line it up it fell in place while he was still holding it he then pulled his hands back and the dock plate fractured his right index and right middle finger in multiple locations also stiches on index finger and severe tissue loss on right middle finger.
