What happened
The employee was job coaching a participant in the kitchen at Benchmark Senior Living. The participant began having a seizure that lasted for 12-15 minutes. When the seizure began the employee caught the participant and eased her down to a safe place. The employee along with a nurse helped hold the participants legs down to keep her from flailing. The employee felt bruising and pain in her legs and back after the incident. Contusion Sprain to lower back and both legs.
