Working on part on a stand.

Employee was working on an axle for a two axle dolly had the axle on the stand fixture and was trying to set the leaf springs and attach the u-bolts when the axle rotated in the stand causing the leaf springs to slide off and drop to the floor. When the axle rotated employees thumb got pinched between leaf spring and the spring hanger and caused a laceration to the thumb.
