Employee was rolling slack back onto reel after defect had come through.

The employee was holding onto the wire with his left hand and pushed the jog button. The employee had his hand close to the spooler and when he pushed the jog button his left middle finger was pinched between the wire and the spool. The employee then pulled jerked his finger out of the pinch point.

Partial fingertip amputation.
