Picking up part

Employee was picking up wing plates for the H&P walking feet for fit up and did not realize how heavy the parts were. He picked the parts up set them in place and then his back became progressively sorer throughout the day. Employee noticed his back getting really sore and stiff by the end of the shift and mentioned it to his Supervisor. They discussed it and agreed to have employee rest his back over night and see how it felt in the morning. Employee then was sick throwing up in the middle of the night on the night of [REDACTED]. He called in for his shift on [REDACTED] still had back pain in the morning went to see a doctor. Doctor prescribed some muscle relaxers and advised employee to rest his back over the weekend. Employee came and talked to [REDACTED] about the issue on [REDACTED] still has back pain plans to go home and take some meds may return to his doctor. The doctor told him if it did not feel better after the weekend to come back in for a follow up.
