What happened
EE alleges she was getting a small box of plantains off of a crate and when she turned to walk she tripped on the forklift and she fell forward hitting her left forearm on the plantains causing a bruise and both knees hit floor causing bruising to both knees and a thin layer of skin to be removed from her right knee. EE cleaned the wound with alcohol and applied a bandage. EE reports that the wound is not currently bleeding and she can walk without assistance. EE has full range of motion in her left arm. EE agrees to and verbalizes understanding of self-care instructions for this injury; will call back if new worsening s s occur.
