EE reports pain in his right shoulder that radiates. EE states that this injury occurred on [REDACTED] but is unsure of the mechanism of injury the activity he was engaged in or the exact time of the injury. EE reported non-work related shoulder pain to his manager on [REDACTED] and asked for additional time off work for the holiday weekend. EE visited his personal physician during time off and was prescribed anti-inflammatory and steroids.
