Removing a needle from donor.
What happened
During a blood donation after the donor was done I took out the needle and the needle cap wasn 't locked in all the way and the bevel of the needle popped out the top of my hand and ripped my glove. I noticed it and removed the glove and saw the needle made a injury that bled.
