Before the incident
The operator need to access the control panel and pushed the table over to reach it. [REDACTED] saw the table moving towards him and stepped back to get out of the way.
What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] a Bruno helper was packing out material and was able to clear the staging table. While waiting for more material they started picking up scrap material off the floor and under the staging table. As the employee was bent over and grabbed for material under the table the Bruno operator who did not notice where the helper was pushed the table into them to gain access to the control panel. The helper saw the table move towards them and went to step backwards but their boot caught the cross member of the table. This caused them to trip and brace their fall with their left hand. When they braced there was a popping sensation and sound that came from the wrist area.
