What happened
TM was making the bed and as she pulled up mattress she heard her arm crack EE is Spanish speaker. Phone was on speaker and EE consented for Supervisor [REDACTED] to listen to conversation. EE states she was making a bed and when she went to tuck the sheet under the mattress she felt a pop on her left upper arm. EE states the mattress is very heavy unsure of the weight. EE is right handed.
