What happened
employees were unloading a trailer of nested cages on dock door 10. employee went to move a cage that was neatly stacked on the right side of the trailer. He did not notice that when he moved those cages it shifted the cages on the left side of the trailer that were stacked in the opposite direction. 3 Cages fell forward and Hit employee. who threw her arms up as instinct to try to stop the cages from falling. The cages continued to fall and knocked employee to the floor pinning her down. She felt a pop in her knee and could not move her leg without being in pain.
