What happened

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] supervisor received a phone call stating that cca was in a car accident.I then headed towards her at the location of accident at [REDACTED]. Prior to getting to scene an ambulance was called for CCA due to an injury on her left knee. When arrived we had seen the LLV in the middle of [REDACTED] with the left front bumper missing. When I spoke to CCA she stated that she was pulling out and did not see the other vehicle coming in which they both collided. I had then went over to speak to the other driver who name is and asked if he was ok he stated that he was indeed ok just a little shaken up. After that I asked if both involved can write me a statement of what happen from their perspectives. i took photos of the vehicles and walked over to some houses near by to see if we could find any video of the incident in which we were able to capture footage from the neighbors at [REDACTED] CCA then left in the ambulance which she received medical attention at Stat
