IW was walking over to the next stack of wood on the Tram to drill the same time as a forklift driver was removing a stack of wood off the Tram that was next to the IW 's stack he was approaching when the forklift driver 's stack of wood bumped the IW 's approaching stack of wood causing the wood to fall. The forklift driver 's top stack of wood was not banded. The IW attempted to move out of the path of the falling wood when the wood struck his left arm and right heel
