When he reached the bottom step he said his right foot got caught on the edge of the step causing him to fall. He said he sustained bruises to his left elbow right knee left shoulder and right ankle. He went to the emergency room on [REDACTED] and confirmed there were no serious injuries. He contacted management via text at [REDACTED] to notify her of the accident.
