Employee 1 WAS on his WAY TO ASSIST A PVS WHILE USING A LOW LIFT WHEN HE ARRIVED AT DOCK #8 AS HE WAS GETTING OFF THE PIT EQUIPMENT EMPLOYEE 2 passed BY WITH HIS PIT EQUIPMENT AND HIT HIM ON HIS RIGHT FOOT. HE WAS HIT ON THE BACK SIDE. HE NEVER SAW IT COMING TOWARDS HIM TO BE ABLE TO AVOID THE ACCIDENT. Employee 2 INDICATES THAT employee 1 GOT OFF HIS VEHICLE too FAST THAT HE DIDN 'T HAD ENOUGH TIME TO COME TO A COMPLETE STOP.
