What happened
On [REDACTED] employee came to work and told management she was injured on her day off while at home she asked to be given light duty as she could not do her job. Management gave her paperwork to fill out for light duty and told her medical documentation would be needed for the request. She was asked a second time if it was an on the job injury and she repeated a second and third time that no it did not happen at work it happened on my day off. The following day an ecomp was filed she cited repetitive motion in automation caused the injury.
