Working in cage break down.

On [REDACTED] employee was working in cage break time [REDACTED]. My neck started to hurt. This many people in breakdown makes it very crowed and most of us were bumping into running to each other. I told that I hurt my neck to MDO [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] has told people in breakdown that everyone needs to work faster in the past this did not occur [REDACTED] in fact I did not see her at all in breakdown which is unusual so the normal pace of work gets very rushed when mail starts to come in.

Neck including spine and cervical vertebrae-Center- Sprain Strain Twist

Working at uncomfortable pace.

cervical strain - colliding with co-workers in over-crowded cage unload area
