What happened
Regular City Carrier was delivering mail when she was rushed by their dog Lab mix. Carrier could not see dog from street and gate on porch was open as usual. When the carrier approached the mailbox the dog rushed at the carrier who tried to retreat to the neighboring porch. The dog continued to attack the carrier which caused her to fall over the railing at the south side of the neighboring porch striking her head in the fall.
