AT APPROXIMATELY [REDACTED] ON [REDACTED] CITY CARRIER STEPPED OUT OF HER [REDACTED] WHICH WAS PARKED AND TURNED OFF AT [REDACTED] AND TURNED AND FELT A BURNING SENSATION IN THE BACK AND SIDE OF HER RIGHT KNEE. UPON HER RETURN BACK TO THE MAIN OFFICE SHE REPORTED THE INCIDENT TO 204B AT [REDACTED]. THE EMPLOYEE ORIGINALLY THOUGHT THE INJURY WAS A REOCCURANCE OF A PREVIOUS INJURY SHE SUSTAINED BACK ON [REDACTED]. SHE LATER REALIZED THAT IT WAS A NEW INJURY BECAUSE THE INJURY SHE SUSTAINED IS ON THE RIGHT KNEE AND NOT THE LEFT KNEE SHE INJURED ON [REDACTED]. SHE DENIED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE ON [REDACTED] HOPING IT WOULD HEAL WITH REST AND ICE. ON [REDACTED] CITY CARRIER CAME OFF THE ROAD AND DECIDED TO FILE A [REDACTED].
