What happened
PULLING AT SAME LEVEL - City Carrier states she was opening the side door of Promaster to retrieve mail at [REDACTED] while the Promaster was parked on an incline and when closing the door didn 't shut all the way. Therefore I tried to reopen the door and shut the door again. When trying to shut the door the second door I felt like I pulled strained something in my neck both shoulders back and leaving me with a severe headache like a pinched nerve.
