What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] in morning employee was unloading a trailer of OTR containers using a riding long jack [REDACTED]. As he crossed the loop the vibration of the jack caused the OTR tow pin to release which lowered it into the track of loop#3. When this happened the OTR was stuck in the loop causing the jack to stop abruptly.
