sweeping down [REDACTED]

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] notified me that he had felt a pop in his back and began to feel some pain in the area where it popped. At the time of the incident [REDACTED] was alone sweeping down DIOSS 9. He began sweeping the machine from the last pocket and began working his way forward. Once he reached Pocket number 165 [REDACTED] was unable to pull the pie rack out with minimal force. [REDACTED] claims to have had to pull the pie rack out with both hands and utilized force to do so. At this moment he claims to have felt a small pop in his mid-lower back towards the left side. At this point [REDACTED] didn’t think anything of it and continued sweeping down the machine [REDACTED] he began to feel excessive pain and his back was tightening up. He then approached the Automation [REDACTED] where I was at and proceeded to inform me of the situation.
