36 - What happened 400 [REDACTED]. Employee was between [REDACTED] Rack and [REDACTED] machine in between Dioss #2 and [REDACTED]#3. Her operation was Trays. She was going to [REDACTED] # 2 behind the racks to get the trays. She was using a 3 tier nutty She was stacking the trays and had 6 trays on the nutty in stacks of 3. She said her arms were sore from [REDACTED] and it was her last run to pull of trays so she was already tired and sore. She reached for the Menard tray and when she went to pull out the tray to transfer to nutty she felt her arm kind of jiggle and the tray came back towards her and spilt. She tried catching the mail and tray. She said she stepped back not knowing mail was behind her foot and slipped falling back against [REDACTED] #3 sliding down and hitting her back and her right elbow.
