Employee was delivering on [REDACTED] He was delivering on [REDACTED] pike he just left white glove Car Wash continuing the relay he was in the far left lane making a safe U turn no cars were present in the intersection when the old green Ford [REDACTED] came side swiped him from behind it was around [REDACTED]. He immediately calls the supervisor. The [REDACTED] driver was taken to the hospital and Carrier was taken to the hospital. According to the Police report the carrier was not at fault.
