What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] 'L ' located across from [REDACTED] Rural Carrier was opening the [REDACTED] doors. The Carrier is aware that the left door of [REDACTED] 'L ' drags a little on the bottom right corner when opening it. The carrier stated that she applies a little 'lifting ' pressure to ease up the corner that drags in order to more easily open the [REDACTED]. When the carrier applied the lifting pressure this time they felt a 'pop ' in their left wrist and an immediate charley-horse type pain in their left forearm. After a [REDACTED] minutes rest the carrier was able to work through the pain and finish the last 30 minutes of the route.
