Running DBCS

Employee 1 injured started work at [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. He was scheduled on DB #2 . At approximately [REDACTED] 2 Employees came running to the MDO office saying Employee 1 was passed out on the floor in the mens room. The 2 Employees went to make sure he was not trying to stand up or anything they said his pants were down so we didn’t want to go in the mens room . The employee who witnessed later told management that Employee 1 went to the mens room and hadn’t returned [REDACTED] so they went to check to see if he was ok. We called [REDACTED] and had police and ambulance dispatched. They arrived and transported Employee 1 to Regional hospital. We asked if testing would be done for alcohol drugs. They told us he could refuse the blood work but they did suspect alcohol usage and he had in fact told them he was drinking. When they took him he was awake and was talking with them. They said that a copy of the police report would be available by [REDACTED] and if we wanted it
