On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] hours Mail Processing Clerk reported that while sweeping mail on [REDACTED] as he pulled out the tray holder on Bin 21 the tray came off the rails and the metal tray holder fell and hit his left inside ankle. The tray holder was not properly attached to the rail. Maintenance was called and the tray holder was properly secured. At this time the employee does not wish to seek medical care.
