Walking by u-cart

Rural Carrier approached me holing her Right Arm. She stated that she had stuck it on either a cart or her case. I did not hear that part clearly. She also stated that she felt her hand go numb and her right forearm began to start swelling. I asked if she needed medical attention. She said she wasnt sure. So we had her sit down in the breakroom with a towel and a frozen bottle of water to see if it helped with the pain and swelling. After five [REDACTED] she requested to seek medical attention. As the swelling pain and numbness continued. I had her dictate a statement about her right hand is her dominate hand and gave her the information to the medical center Concentra. I asked her if she need a ride to Concentra. She stated that she would try to drive herself.
