I was working the buttons area of the 286 machine at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] I was using a gall hook to free stuck parcels from a wire cage. My first attempt to free the parcel failed and on my second try the piece remained stuck but I felt a pain in my arm. I immediately reported my injury to my supervisor.
