What happened
On [REDACTED] approximately at or around [REDACTED] Clerk was getting ready to start working on some packages when her foot became caught in a strap that was on the floor. Clerk ended up falling to the ground face forward landing on her hands and knee. Clerk stated that she was fine after the fall. The [REDACTED] she sought medical at Novant Health Occupational Medicine when she was informed that she had fracture her right elbow a little also as well scraped her knee. Clerk was not wearing proper footwear at the time of the incident.
